A clearer path to city information
This template includes visible keyboard focus, labelled form controls, skip navigation, semantic headings, responsive layouts, and a reduced-motion preference. Photos include descriptive alternative text and purely decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
Using the site with a keyboard
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. Press Enter to follow links and Space or Enter to activate buttons. Navigation groups, disclosure panels, filters, and forms are keyboard-operable. In the admin workspace, Escape closes native dialogs.
Readable, flexible content
The layout adapts to smaller screens. Browser zoom and text resizing are supported. Moving hero slides are changed manually rather than advancing automatically.
Known limitations
This template has not undergone an independent accessibility audit or assistive-technology certification. Charts include text labels and underlying tables, but real deployments should add downloadable data and be tested with the intended audience. Any replacement images, documents, embedded services, and content need their own accessibility review.
